The context
Historical storytelling in real time
Create cinematic scenes that support the director’s account of a naval battle while keeping atmosphere and visual continuity consistent across shots.
My contribution
I assembled the ship environments, integrated assets, adjusted materials and created the lighting setups and cinematic sequences in Unreal Engine 4, working closely with the director on camera placement and atmosphere.
The approach
The battle moved through very different shots and lighting conditions. I used atmosphere, camera positioning and Sequencer work to maintain a consistent dramatic tone.
