Form, finish & light
A series of automotive visualizations exploring how light, material response and camera placement describe a vehicle.
The context
Present exterior forms and cabin details across studio and location settings. The focus is the visual character of each vehicle: the way its surfaces catch light, sit in a scene and read through the camera.
My work focuses on material look development, lighting setups and cinematic presentation in Unreal Engine. I use studio lighting and environmental light to explore paint, glass, trim and interior surfaces.
Reflective surfaces need carefully placed highlights to describe their shape. I worked with broad sources, contrast and camera position, moving between controlled studio setups and architectural environments.
